IMVCA’s Springfield Days 2020 will be held on March 25th and 26th this year. This will be our chance to meet with legislators and educate them about mosquito and vector control and research in the State of Illinois!

Please join us in Springfield for this important event.

For the 2020 Springfield Days, attendees can form their own group (2-4 people due to limited space) for visiting the Capitol. Groups will be responsible for scheduling appointments for legislative visits. Detailed guidance about setting up meetings will be provided. Don’t have a group? You can RSVP singly and be assigned to a group if you prefer. Please RSVP below.

Dinner will be provided by the IMVCA the night before, on March 25th at “Arlington’s” (210 Broadway, Springfield, IL 62701) – please RSVP so we have a head count!

A block of rooms have been set aside at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield Hilton. Attendees will pay their own room costs. Deadline for the block rate is March 4th! Please reserve your room(s) now!
